Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds or partial refunds only in the following cases:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

You changed your mind after receiving the product.

You expected the product to look or feel different.

You misunderstood natural properties of pure copper (e.g., inner part is unpolished and appears darker than the outer part — this is normal and intentional).

The product has been used or tested.

Minor surface oxidation or tarnishing — copper naturally oxidizes and this is not a defect.
Color & Finish Clarification
All our bottles are made from 100% pure copper.
The outer surface is polished to give it a shiny finish, while the inner surface is left unpolished to preserve copper’s natural health properties.
This may cause a color difference between the outside and inside, which is completely normal and not a defect.
Return & Pickup Policy

In case of eligible returns, we will arrange a free pickup in supported locations.

Partial Refunds
If there is a small manufacturing flaw or a rare error (such as a mixed material being used in error), we may offer a partial refund without requiring the item to be returned.
